Versatile Community Social & Wellbeing Services CIC is an innovative, community focused social enterprise based in Newcastle and serving communities throughout the Northeast. Founded by Professionals who are dedicated to fostering real change. VCSWS CIC exists to tackle women’s most pressing social challenges such as women’s health and social isolation, homelessness, substance misuse or holistic wellbeing.
Our vision is to create a healthier, more inclusive, and compassionate Northeast, where every individual particularly vulnerable women and marginalised groups feels valued, empowered, and supported in their journey toward independence, health, and stability.
Newcastle and the wider Northeast region face substantial social challenges, including rising homelessness, mental health crises, substance misuse, and disparities in women’s health. Versatile Community Social & Wellbeing Services CIC addresses these directly and compassionately, bridging gaps left by mainstream services.
We’re not just providing services we are reshaping lives through integrated and culturally sensitive support programmes, our bespoke services offer innovative pathways to empowerment, wellness, and independence. Our approach combines traditional healthcare with holistic wellness activities, mental health support, and practical assistance tailored uniquely to the diverse communities we serve.
